Hi there, I have my wireless network at home working now. There are 2 FreeBSD boxes and one Linux box. I have sent my rate to high using wicontrol -t 5 When I do a wicontrol -i wi0 I see actual rate as 2. If I change my mode to Ad-hoc using -p 3, then the rate drops to 1 for a while, and then increases to 11. For some reason, my FreeBSD box will not talk to my linux box unless it is running in -p 1. But then it always says 2 as the actual rate. Can someone explain this to me or help me fix it please? Thanks, -- - Wayne Pascoe E-mail: wayne.pascoe@realtime.co.uk Phone : +44 (0) 20 7544 4668 Mobile: +44 (0) 788 431 1675 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
