Log:
Note that the previous commit also restored some historical behaviour
in the TCP_COMPAT_42 case (e.g. choosing '1' as the initial sequence
number at boot-time, instead of randomizing it). TCP_COMPAT_42 is the
repository for old security holes, too :-)
