Hello Simon, Thank you very much. Does the handbook or man page you are referring to have the documentation for each function of the ifconfig.c's source code? I really need this for our DHCP server development. Again, thanks very much. If you're on a FreeBSD (or *nix) machine, you there's the ifconfig man page: % man ifconfig These man pages are also available on the FreeBSD web site (be sure to select the right FreeBSD version). http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ifconfig&apropos=0&sektion=0&ma npath=FreeBSD+5.2-RELEASE+and+Ports&format=html Perhaps, you might also want to have a look at the comprehensive FreeBSD handbook (also on your local system if you installed the documentation) http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ file:///usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ HTH, Simon --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
