Hi, at work we've dug up two Archive Pyhton tape drives: 25588-XXX 2.96 28388-XXX 5.45 both are scanned successfully by FreeBSD 2.1.7 at boot time, but any attempt to access the drive goes nowhere. Not even "mt -f status" works. For what it's worth, the tape drives work under NT 4.0. What's going on here ? Darren
