Right.  I was more or less looking for some way of finding out what those
'associated utils' are so I can build just them instead of the entire source
tree.

Sorry, must have missed it in all the bantering about /usr/mdec.  ;)

Thanks anyways - in the mean time I've gone back to a 3.0-R kernel until I
can attack this in a more organized fashion.
