We're working on it.  Marcin Cieslak and I are collaborating in an effort to
keep -STABLE's UPDATING file up-to-date.  Details are still being worked out
at this time, though.  Stay tuned.

Note that this doesn't help -CURRENT yet... but I'm not even sure it has
an issue.
