somewhere in the section delimited by

Assuming your $PREFIX is /usr/local, look at
file:/usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl/modular/doc/index.html
(section 4, "The Print Stylesheet", then "Print Parameters", then IX,
"Paper/Page Characteristics").
