Yes, all BIOS systems still use INT13 to read from disks. It would be helpf=

to get exact messages. However, to get on with diagnostic, we would need to
build custom cd image with debug printouts. And all that in few cycles.

BIOS disk message from MBP is more qurious, that sounds like bootcamp and
bootcamp is reported to have "interesting" bugs. Native MBP would be UEFI b=
oot.
