 I suggest not commiting these changes and closing this PR as the
 vendor is badly named. The original manufacturer ist Option N.V. and
 not Vodafone.
 
 Also vendor ID 0x0af0 and product ID 0x5000 is already in the tree,
 so these patches are now obsolete.
 
 PR kern/106033 contains some overlapping patches
 see http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=106033
 
 BTW, could please one of the commiters have a look at PR 106033 and
 commit it?
