I'm not sure, if it's possible to change it in RPI FDT file, but I will give a try: https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=143011 The MAC address isn't stored anywhere. It is generated from a combination of the MAC range (b8:27:eb) and the last three bytes of the serial number.
