Synopsis: inetd under load closes socket State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: maxim State-Changed-When: Thu Feb 14 11:12:54 PST 2002 State-Changed-Why: inetd(8)'s default maximum number of times a service can be invoked in one minute is 256 which can be overridden by -c, -C and -R flags.
