I mentioned the correct way to do this:
cd /usr/ports/lang/gcc295
make install
cd /usr/ports/editors/openoffice
make CC=gcc295 CXX=g++295
PLEASE NO ONE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING THESE SYMLINKS !!
