This specific monitor use DisplayLink, according to the manual (there is one other standard too, but the name escapes me now).
OpenBSD has the udl driver: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=udl
AFAIK, nobody has ported that to FreeBSD.
