This is still broken. If it=E2=80=99s not fixed promptly I will just =
revert
this change; we can=E2=80=99t leave CI broken, especially when it gets =
used to
test GitHub PRs. Please stop breaking building with older toolchains,
this isn=E2=80=99t the first time it=E2=80=99s happened.
