Kirk didn't ask me what I was going to do before asking you :-). My
plan had all along been to do more than just __P removal.
However, after just now completing FreeBSD's src/bin directories, I'd
have to agree that for other directories, I'm going to do this in two
steps. 1 for __P and the other for protoize.
