I've noticed that /usr/ports/INDEX isn't being updated by cvsup - it's
stuck at Apr 28. Did something break or is it only updated once a
month or so in the cvs tree and I just never realized this before?

I know I can do `make index' locally and set up cvsup to refuse the
old version, but this seems suboptimal.
