I've proposed a patch (not as attachment as I'm not enough sure it's correct or not) for this with some additional info at Bug 294870 comment #9 to fix both. Waiting for comments from manu@ or other DRM/KMS devs for now. But not for the next one. And another issue is reported at Bug 294875 (absense of newly added header for 15.0 and 14.*, putting aside for 13.* which reaches EoL today).
