Yes, and no. RELENG_4_3 is the branch for "4.3-Release plus security-fixes
but no new features." RELENG_4_3_0 doesn't exist. The tag for 4.3-Release
is RELENG_4_3_0_RELEASE. (And RELENG_4 gives 4-STABLE.)
