I can't find any references to FIONBIO at all, or even the word ioctl. The software in question is a bittorrent client, I can't see any reason it would even use ioctl's directly. I also checked the libtorrent-rasterbar sources (which qbittorrent uses) and there is no FIONBIO there either.
