  Log:
  YAMFC (turned off _POSIX_SAVED_IDS.  Everything in /usr/src that
  depended on this misfeature has already been synced with -current.
  Syncing was easy because nothing really depended on it.  Also merged
  some tiny xref and standards changes in the man page).
