But you mean that they don't matter if they're low, whereas Bruce
means they don't matter if they're high.  8-).

Personally, I buy Bruce's argument about urgent events, and I almost
made his second argument, about priority not being properly raised
myself, yesterday, but found something else to do, on the off chance
someone else would say something.
