the vnunconfig* targets were using $MDCONFIG instead of $MDUNCONFIG
in the patch you sent me.

I fixed that locally, and then my 
FreeBSD zerogravity.kawo2.rwth-aachen.de 5.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT #4: Wed Aug 15 15:52:06 CEST 2001     alex@zerogravity.kawo2.rwth-aachen.de:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/CICHLIDS  i386

panic'ed yesterday with a bmemfree locking error.
I'm just rebuilding -CURRENT, maybe it's fixed now.

In the meantime, noone should try to build the floppies who doesn't
want the system to panic() :)

Can you maybe also fix "make" (currently you have to use "make all")
