That's quite possible.  I noticed that libthr.so.3 was not updated when
I upgraded from 10.1 to 10.2 (it was still dated 2014-10-10).  I
replaced it with the version from the distribution tarball and kmk now
seems to work.  Whether the resulting package works remains to be
seen...
