Trouble with page margins only when printing ASCII text ?
See new FAQ entry with a picture how to compute the right
values for /usr/local/etc/a2ps.cfg. It's not a gs problem.
See a real world example for Epson Stylus Pro with picture,
which easily explains the 4 values that need fine tuning
(llx, lly, urx, ury).
