Quarterly.

`root@freebsd1:~ # pkg repos
FreeBSD: {
    url             :
"pkg+https://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:14:amd64/quarterly",
    enabled         : yes,
    priority        : 0,
    mirror_type     : "SRV",
    signature_type  : "FINGERPRINTS",
    fingerprints    : "/usr/share/keys/pkg"
  }
FreeBSD-kmods: {
    url             :
"pkg+https://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:14:amd64/kmods_quarterly_3",
    enabled         : yes,
    priority        : 0,
    mirror_type     : "SRV",
    signature_type  : "FINGERPRINTS",
    fingerprints    : "/usr/share/keys/pkg"
  }'

I'm still hunting through the FreeBSD handbook to find out how to
establish the OS version.
