Hi, I have an ACPI BIOS and there are some methods to calculate the temperate of BIOS. However I want to know which registers are actually read for that. Can anyone help me here. Actually , I want to control the fan speed and there is no Active Cooling method implemented. So I want to write false temperature value to that temperature register so that what ever the fancontrol mechanism is thinks temperature is low/high and then changes the fan speed( I Don't think Embedded Controller is controlling fan speed) Also I do not want passive cooling. Also any idea how fan speed is being controlled on this bios. I am attaching the dsdt file.
