Not all of Mesa is in XFree86-4.  Set XFREE86_VERSION=4 in 
/etc/make.conf and install the Mesa3 port to get the rest of the
GLUT/GLU bits.  (Make sure you have version 1.42 of Mesa3/Makefile)
