[-- Attachment #1 --] I think the header files were moved by Alexander when he hooked up the multi-target build (text/graphics/text+graphics). It probably eased the way the includes path were hacked. I don't mind putting all this back the usual way, so I'm going to proceed with the repo-copy you requested.
