You're comparing apples to oranges, guys. The languages spoken,
and written by the Americans and the British, while sharing a
common origin, are not the same. No matter how you colo[u]r
them.
Were the British as litigious as the Americans they'd probably
try to sue us under copyright or trademark laws for calling our
language English. :)
