Your ISP will have to forward the requests for reverse lookup to your
machine.  Secondly, you would have to listed with the Internic as either
the primary or secondary nameserver for your domain in order for others to
use your nameserver to resolve IP's.  Chances are, your ISP hasn't setup
the reverse lookup for your IP's.
