I had a discussions with WindRiver about this very point... the
fact that I had already submitted changes to the billing web site
and that I was still receiving notices, etc...

After a wonderful chat - it turns out the fulfillment staff has
been reduced to 1 person... who is quite literally swamped.

(I can't seem to recall her name...)

But, let me say, in a very positive tone - that chatting with
her was very pleasant and that she was able to dig out my
information, get everything changed, and in the very next day
 my 4.3-RELEASE CD was shipped.

Also - if I understand correct - this is a *temporary* situation,
and the plan is to add staff to help with this problem.

If you continue to have problems, I'm sure you will meet with
the same success I did when I actually called WindRiver... call
WindRiver and ask for the FreeBSD fullfillment representative...

Remember, as always - a company transition is going to have
some rough spots, etc... I'm sure they will iron this out.
