- pkg_install is maintained by portmgr.
- BSD.x11{,-4}.dist aren't used anymore and BSD.local.dist now lives
in ports/Templates/. Most people apparently missed that move and still
commit to the src copy, so I'll have to remove it eventually but for
now, the MAINTAINERS line can go.
