Log:
Fix problems with cascading menus and solve the "unknown command
tk_menuSetFocus($menu)" error, which precluded tkined among other
applications from working properly.
This is an interim solution; once an official patch is published
on ftp.sunlabs.com the port should be updated and patch-ad retired.
