'cvs   -n   import ... |grep ^N' is your friend in doing vendor updates.
You can easily see new files and delete them before doing the real import.
Looking at these 'm4' files, they don't seem to have have ever have been
used in our Bmaking framework.

Please have CVS@ totally 'rm' them before 5.3-RELEASE to avoid repo bloat
and to help remind one not to import them on the next update.
