You don't need any of the following options or devices, sio(4)
isn't involved.

The Xem uses the ttyM and cuaM devices.
Run `MAKEDEV ttyM0' and `MAKEDEV cuaM0'

ttyM0a0 thru ttyM0a7 will be the first eight ports on the first
expantion box of the first card.  Same for cuaM0a0 thru cuaM0a8.

Only the number of ports will be shown, not the individual ports.
Again, this is NOT the same as sio(4).
