I used to get that error in X11, so not sure if the following helps. Install
misc/qt6ct, and configure the environment variable
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=3D"qt6ct"; you could also try setting it to one of the
options from:
> Available platform plugins are: minimal, offscreen, vkkhrdisplay, vnc, xc=
b, wayland, wayland-egl.

Maybe wayland?
You can also configure QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=3D1 in your start-kde6 script to ge=
t more
information.
