Welcome Xin LI (delphij@frontfree.net) to the club. He is a prolific
contributor of high quality src/ PRs and has translated much of the
Handbook into Chinese (Simplified).
He will be working on merging documentation from the freebsdchina.org
CVS repository to our freebsd.org repo, merging appropriate bugfixes
from DragonFly BSD, and continuing to fix bugs throughout src/ and
doc/.
