David, Wow that was fast, I fumble fingered and posted the question to the list twice with a small change to the ending statement, but your answer came before I even finishing fumble fingering :-) Thanks for the info, as a follow-up, what about ports that use processor optimizations, especially multi-media related programs. Can they use these performance enhancements without support in the "world" and "kernel" already "built-in"?
