At the moment it looks something like:
Repository (src,ports,www,doc,sup): 1223726k
/usr/obj: 325908k
/usr/src: 343861k
Release staging area: 494718k + 151491k for first disk
Final first disk: 151491k
But I'd give the release staging area at least 1.5Gb to deal with
fluctuations such as elf etc....
