Unfortunately FreeBSD doesn't have support of suspend to idle (or "Modern
Standby"). There were some work on it in the past ( review D17675, review
D17676), but currently no activity on it and it is in almost unusable state.
Another chance - your BIOS may have an option to switch to a legacy S3 mode.
This worked on an earlier generations [1].
