That change does not fix the content of the poudriere jail
world having the file missing that is in the test structure:

.if exists(/usr/libexec/krb5kdc)
MIT KRB5 HERE (includes e38b330603878 change)
.else
Heimdal KRB5 HERE (this is what is being used)
.endif

Overall e38b330603878 is necessary but not sufficient
for:

# poudriere jail -l
JAILNAME         VERSION      OSVERSION ARCH  METHOD  TIMESTAMP           PATH
. . .
main-amd64       15.0-CURRENT           amd64 pkgbase 2025-08-09 20:27:14 /usr/local/poudriere/jails/main-amd64
. . .

There ended up being no:

/usr/local/poudriere/jails/main-amd6/usr/libexec/krb5kdc
