If you run 'make buildworld' again, does
it stop in the same place?
If it stops in a different place, then
you probably have a memory or other
hardware problem.
If it stops in the same place, this is
a bug in cc. (Though I don't recall
seeing any recent commits to cc, so this
would surprise me.)
