I am closing this bug because the reporter self-diagnosed the issue: the
mysql.h not-found error is caused by ccache in poudriere, not by the
databases/rubygem-mysql2 port itself. The port builds correctly without ccache.
This is a ccache/poudriere interaction issue and should be reported there if
still relevant.
