why /24 ?
try:
spdadd 192.168.0.100/32 192.168.0.10/32 any -P out ipsec
esp/transport/192.168.0.100-192.168.0.10/require;
spdadd 192.168.0.10/32 192.168.0.100/32 any -P in ipsec
esp/transport/192.168.0.10-192.168.0.100/require;
