Well, I downloaded the pdf version of the handbook. The unfortunate part is that the version on the website says that it was last updated July 1998 but the pdf file that I downloaded is dated March 1998. Any ideas where I might find this later copy. It isn't that big of a deal, but I'm wanting to learn and I would like to think that I am reading current information.
