Yes. I have had this problem and I was the one who broke when I
changed trap/interrupt handlers to be passed trap frames by reference
rather than value so that FreeBSD would work with gcc4.x.

I believe a fix either just went in, or will be going in shortly
(Kostik that means you :-) ).
