>Description:
when the TX Driver is loaded, either by loading a module or compiled into the server, causes the machine todo a hard lockup. It does not cause a lock up in 5.3-Release, both with SMP and without. The Kernel is compiled with SMP on, will try with SMP off.

Last Kernel output:
TX0: <SMC EtherPower II 10/100> port 0x3000-0x30FF mem 0xf7fff000-0xf7ffffff irq 29 at device 5.0 on pci3
type SMC9432FTX.
