>Organization:
Rockefeller University
>Environment:
4.5-RELEASE install CD-ROM
>Description:
I selected All, and then reviewed what would be installed with Custom. In the Custom screen, I saw that XFree86 was 3.3.6, and selected it and hit [SPACE] to deactivate it, but instead of removing the X, this brought me into the sub-selection screen for Basic, Server, and Fonts. Even after disabling all the items under B, S, and F, when I Exited back to the distribution Custom window ("Select the distributions you wish to install."), XFree86 was still selected.
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot from CD-ROM, start full-screen install, and go to the Choose Distributions screen.
>Fix:
If all XFree86 sub-items are unchecked, unmark XFree86 item in Custom distribution screen.
