Hello! As well as you don't have included in the "base" zebra routing package which uses the bgp, bgpd or zebra vty services (ports 2601 and 2605) while these ports are listed in /etc/services. I don't believe that the absence of UUCP from the base is a good reason to NOT include these services. It is very possible that a user to use a service, especially a IANA registered one even if there's no package/software included in the FreeBSD's base.
