>Description:
Though initially fine; throwing any load at a keu (Netgear USB ethernet adaptor EA101) causes it to barf with

kue0: usb error on rx: IOERROR

(Note: Also seen on 4.1-RELEASE). Unplugging and re-inserting it usually
fixes it - though occasionally a hard hang is observed. After two or three re-insertions the machine will hang; Ctrl-Alt-Tab does not
work at that point. (But it is with a USB keyboard). On the same hardware aue usb/ethernet controller works fine under similar circumstances.
